My recommended pulls for part 1 are Alexei>Anna>Rogneda>Ulya
Green: Anna is one of the anchor units of the Luccia arc, packing a unique Luccia aura along with a general perk that lets her slot into most off-turn teams. On top of that, she hard-counters 95% of Luccia mechanics with her off-turn alert and ability to bypass Primal Ward, a trait shared by all upcoming Luccia units. She’s a high-priority pull since she powers up most Luccia units and features a solid weapon/unit rebate if you’ve been hoarding Breaker Shards. Plus, because she drops so early in the arc and stays relevant well past it, grabbing her is pretty much a no brainer.
Blue: Rogneda is a perfect example of what a single-target unit should look like. She's a single-target magic unit with a mini-AoE for piercing/magic built into one. Her piercing AoE damage is mainly to give her versatility when overkilling a single mob, killing the surrounding area as a byproduct. She also has an ST aura, which is nice when paired with Anna. Rogneda plays a big part in the upcoming Luccia ToA, as she's one of the BiS picks for her multiple knockbacks and high movement. As for her longevity on TW, she has been useful for many maps, including FJ Hell lvl 15 as they have Watcher buffs, and is even still useful beyond that. As long as we don't get another unit of the same archetype or better, she should be good for a while past 6 months. Lastly, Rogneda has a shard for pulling rebates, which can help accelerate her stars or other units if you so choose to use them.
Green: SP Alexei is the true physical creep we have been hungry for since Camelot's release. He comes with an insane AoE on turn/counter ceiling, a fully self-sufficient AoE extender via items, and up to 3 turns of immortality with lifesteal on all hits. Alex is super strong numerically, comfy, and mechanically unique, as he has a lot of fun tools to play with when you see fit. It's highly recommended to pick him over Anna if you have no choice pull count wise.
Blue: Ulya is one of the supports for the patch. One of her main gimmicks is spawning items to trigger unit stacking mechanics (Ice shards which act like a flying blade, or her berries on the ground). She’s a SPD/Crit buffer that dispel-spams + delayed healing. She can even make objects like a Snowman, Box (like Edda), and snowballs which can be thrown to deal piercing damage.Ulya is also an excellent Tactical Point maker with Yserinde. Ulya’s position as a support currently is really mostly locked into Luccia teams, as most of her unique crit buffs are locked to them. Overall, it's recommended to at least try for Ulya if you're lacking a crit support unit, as she will do pretty well on most general teams thanks to her long range + movement+Solid Buffs and heels. Otherwise, if you already have these roles filled and are not interested in her other gimmicks, it's okay to skip.
Part 2
Green: Ivan is the second aura anchor for the Luccia patch. His aura boosts all Luccian units' ATK% when making ice tiles, and maneuvering in the Luccian environment becomes much easier thanks to his +1 jump height (this also removes all penalties for his unique tiles and jumping on ice blocks). Ivan is an AoE/ST magic DPS with numbers similar to Shahnaz. Ivan absolutely destroys all content in Part 2; he is also a very strong general-use unit thanks to his many gimmicks like high HP% dmg/threshold executions, 2x act-again every turn, and best of all, any enemies killed will spawn an ice block which can be used in tactical ways to avoid damage or mess up mob AI. Ivan has a weapon ticket rebate, which just means if you pull on his banner, you get weapon tickets/some lux and since his sig is good for him, it's something to keep in mind. Ivan's position lets people skip most of the upcoming units, and as for longevity, he's still strong 6 months out.

This is the expected lineup for general play present day (including collaboration but keep in mind that they are limited units). The second row is the alternative option to the units above them in case of extra slots/lacking units.
Green - Must Pull are (units who are raising the ceiling at an extreme)
Blue - Pretty good pull not mandatory by meta standards but good long term use.
Orange - Luxury usually not super unique or strong enough but good for those who has a lot of pulls
Yellow - Special color for units who are close to must pull not really in that solid level but can become close to the same value
White - Skip don't even look their way
