| Rawiyah | Stars | Tier: 3 Ascension: ✔️ | Rationale |
![]() | Can Stop | ⭐⭐⭐ | 3 star is provided through Voyager missions |
| Recommended | ⭐⭐⭐ | Only gains 9% DMG and 10% increased Tipsy chance going from 3 to 5 stars, making it a terrible choice to shard her |
| Role/Faction | ![]() ![]() ![]() Phys DPS |
| Reasoning | As a free ST option, her capabilities are significantly limited. However her rank 13 substantially improves her ST burst capability to Auguste levels, which makes for a welcome improvement, as unlike Auguste, you can easily get Rawiyah to a few stars simply from Voyager missions, and she doesn’t require shard investment as much as Auguste. |
| Post Ascension | All she got was damage doesn't really fix her problems just use Faycal |
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Can frequently heal from Trait/Tipsy Good F2P ST nuke option at R13 Can frequently and reliably knockback Has a high crit chance from Tipsy Inherited skill from SP Rawi improves her ST | AoE Skill has too high an NRG cost Bottoms Up is not guaranteed even at 5 star 3 turn cooldown on her primary ST nuke Lacks inherent NRG recovery Quite squishy even when factoring in Tipsy DR |
| Skills | Reasoning | |
| Rank 11 | Gale Spin Attack | Her only AoE skill |
| Rank 9 | ![]() Fatal Strike OR Dispelling Strike | Enemy buffs are exceedingly common as a means of increasing enemy difficulty in SoC. However frontline DPS units that use Axe weapon types have the advantage of having access to Tuning Hammer and another lower rarity weapon that can also dispel buffs, so it may be preferable to take Fatal Strike |
| Rank 7 | Sword of Convallaria | Solid Leader Aura that is decent enough to be used even if she is the only SoC member on a team |
| Rank 5 | Screw Off! | Good counter with 2 Knockback as well as damage |
| Rank 3 | Another Pint! | Important for healing and the crit chance |
| Rank 1 | Co-Attack | Rawiyah does not want to be in an Injured/Dying state |
| Loadout | Skills | Notes |
| General | ![]() | Gale Breach costs a total of 3 NRG to cast both parts, leaving no NRG to use her AoE Gale Spin Attack |
| AoE | ![]() | Unfortunately the 4 NRG cost on Gale Spin leaves Rawi to just use basic/counter for the next few turns and unable to even use it the first turn without overall NRG support |
| ST With SP Rawi in Roster | ![]() | SP Rawi provides the Void Slash skill that improves Rawi’s offensive output. |

| Rawiyah - SP | Stars | Tier: 3 Ascension: ❌ | Rationale |
![]() | Can Stop | ⭐⭐⭐ | Needs 3 stars to inherit an improved “Another Pint!” skill from OG Rawi |
| Recommended | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Allows Sp Rawiyah to act again on dealing AoE damage every turn. This is a massive improvement to her functionality. Moreover she starts off with 10 additional stacks |
| Role/Faction | ![]() ![]() ![]() Mobile AoE/ST Physical DPS |
| Reasoning | SP Rawiyah has proven she has long standing use thanks to her AoE/ST versatility, high mobility, and strong output. While she doesn't excel in any one category at the top, she is easily applied in most scenarios where physical damage can shine. Her Aggression faction is also a great boon once SP Samantha comes to global. |
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Can fulfill the role of both AoE and ST phys DPS (Almost)Unconditional Act Again Powerful knockback Ability Good synergy with SP Samantha due to the ability to spread her marks over a large group of enemies Able to get 100% Crit due to trait stacking and tipsy from inheritable skill with armor piercing High seeker mobility coupled with a dash allow her to move quickly across the map | Requires 5 stars for act again every turn Her own damage can’t keep up with the recent AoE units Although she has resolve, survivability issues |
| Skills | Reasoning | |
| Rank 11 | Fancy Footwork | You don't use either normally, but footwork can provide necessary survivability in certain situations |
| Rank 9 | Try The Punch | Knockbacks are always a convenient utility |
| Rank 7 | ![]() Gale - Draw Blade Gale - Chaotic Flurry(Can castalia) | Chaotic Flurry is rarely used over Gale Dance meanwhile Gale-Draw blade is also fairly niche but it can still help NRG costs. Chaotic Flurry usually also wants Draw Blade |
| Rank 5 | I’m Mad Now! | Resolve is always convenient. Vital guards dodge only works for ST attacks and has to be in the dying state |
| Rank 3 | Mobile Crew | While not used normally in regular gameplay, this is useful in PVP to counter Taair |
| Rank 1 | ![]() Void Slash Gale-Piercing Clouds (castalia) | Void slash applies debuffs frequently and contributes meaningfully to DPS Piercing Clouds is a convenience generally and more so tied to the niche usage of her ultimate or in PVP/Clash |
| Loadout | Skills | Notes |
| General | ![]() | Basic loadout to maximize damage and NRG efficiency. This should be the loadout in most cases |
| Boss | ![]() | Same as General, but replace her basic attack with Powerful Attack or default |
| Chaotic Flurry | ![]() | For those interesting in trying out Chaotic Flurry for a mostly single use burst unless you have NRG support |
| Chaotic Flurry NRG | ![]() | Variation with built in NRG support to use chaotic flurry every other turn |

| Rico | Stars | Tier: Fun Ascension:✔️ | Rationale |
![]() | Can Stop | ⭐⭐⭐ | Starts with 4 stacks at the beginning and also gains 2 stacks after cooldown is over |
| Recommended | ⭐⭐⭐ | While 5 star allows Rico to gain her Dragon Leap easily after the first turn with a single attack as well as buffs the damage of the ult, however it doesn't fix the fact her ultimate has a hard cooldown and her other flaws. She gains the best overall value at 3 stars |
| Role/Faction | ![]() ![]() ![]() AoE DPS/Knockback Defender |
| Reasoning | Rico is unfortunately a unit that does not lean into many unique strengths. She is largely a collection of various qualities that seem positive on paper, but in practice is largely mediocre and inefficient. Her primary benefits are her AoE knockbacks, slightly superior mobility, and good Wanderer leader aura (which in truth has little value since Rico is not desirable to draft with relevant good Drifters). Her ultimate has a forced cooldown, her ability to counterattack requires using a non-instant skill resulting in the opportunity cost of not using one of her regular skills, she is squishy for a defender, and she only deals solid damage when enemies are knocked back into each other. Did I mention her damage is very mid in the majority of cases? It is worth noting she has the unique damage lock mechanic and an [Unyielding] reaction, which in some cases comes in clutch, especially for harder stages with very high inflated enemy stats. Moreover she has the best overall multi KB ability in the game TLDR: Low multis results in low damage except moments where her Ultimate AoE skill is accessible at max stacks. Somewhat squishy for a defender. Has NRG issues |
| Post Ascension | Rico’s rotation is a lot smoother plus you can now run her Counter Build without wasting a turn while sitting on ice tiles because it becomes instant. She's just cleaner to play now but still has some what of a nrg problem but atleast it is not as bad anymore thanks to the free nrg given from trait ult. |
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Has [Jump] Can apply -P.Def2 debuff on enemies as she deals damage with a passive Fairly Solid Leader Aura After using Dragon Leap, next active attack has 100% Crit and 30% Crit damage, allowing high damage on her ST Hammer Smash if setup Can potentially do solid ST damage with the right setup Has the Unique Damage Lock, limiting damage taken up to 45% of max hp, as well as a [Unyielding] reaction that gives her a large reset, allowing her toUlt on her turn after it triggers | Needs to KB enemies into each other for extra AoE splash damage Has NRG issues Ultimate has a forced cooldown and requires building stacks Instant Trinkets do not count as “Attacking” for trait gain |
| Skills | Reasoning | |
| Rank 11 | ![]() Crackling Sparks World’s My Oyster(castalia) | “Crackling Sparks” adds a large increase in potential damage output, 25% against both units affected by collision damage means you can deal 50% between two units, or even more depending on how many other units were in a 1 tile distance. Also reliably applies -P.def2 and helps generate Rico’s stacks. Core skill to equip “World’s My Oyster” is a good third slot passive to improve her lack of damage |
| Rank 9 | No Escape | AoE basic attack synergizes with her counterattack build/aura |
| Rank 7 | ![]() Hammer Time! Try to Make Me Mad(OPTIONAL) | Hammer Time! Provides her with her core offensive skills. “Try To Make Me Mad” self buffs and lets her counterattack, but since it’s not an instant, it takes up a turn. Moreover the lack of a taunt on the ability makes it feel lackluster |
| Rank 5 | Never Give Up | “Never Give Up” offers unyielding, and upon triggering it, fully resets cd, gains full NRG, 200 speed, and max stacks. It is better to take this over a generic preempt |
| Rank 3 | ![]() Hammer Smash Milk Power Boost(OPTIONAL) | “Hammer Smash” is Rico’s primary ST option. This skill usually doesn't take priority in use over her “Hammer Time” Rank 7 skill though. Milk Power Boost helps fix her general lack of bulk by providing herself with the unique ability to limit the amount of damage she takes to at most 45% of her hp, this can be pretty useful in cheesing stages or just helping her get the opportunity to utilize the rest of her abilities since she gains stacks or can counter. But due to the long 4 turn cooldown and the lack of need of damage lock in general play, it is a situational castalia |
| Rank 1 | Charge Pursuit | Rico herself doesn't make frozen tiles, so right is useless. Left(Charge Pursuit) offers some mobility early levels |
| Loadout | Skills | Notes |
| General | ![]() | Standard non counter build |
| Counter | ![]() | Since her counterbuild requires using a non active skill, it conflicts with using her regular skills. This loadout relies on spending NRG purely to sustain her counter skill and focusing on gaining the occasional Dragon leap skill faster through getting hit |
| Boss | ![]() | Hammer smash is key for a ST build. Ideally want to be used after using her Dragon leap for the Crit/CritDMG buff |
| Post ascension build | ![]() ![]() or over | With a 4-5* rico she can reliably Ult every other turn without a problem and has really high uptime on her stacks. |
