Tarots
Tarots are an essential way for units to receive additional customization and stat lines. They are received as rewards, from Tarot farm stages, and can be bought from regular and event Reward Shops(not recommended).
Quick summary of Tarot qualities
- All Tarot base stat growth is exactly the same
- All Legendary Tarots have a chance to reveal a “Unique” line that improves or changes the Gear Skill of the Tarot when leveled to 50 if the 4th and final line is a Legendary Tier as illustrated below

Note: Not all Tarots want their Unique lines. For example this Devil Tarot, the unique line only speeds up reaching max stacks, but the cap itself is the same, so you achieve higher total stats if the Unique line rolled as a stat line instead. However most do benefit from having an ungraded Gear Skill.
- Selling Tarots returns about 70% of the value back in Tarot Essence dust
- Series II/2 Tarots can only be gotten from Events or redeemed in the Store until the future
Question: Should I keep low rarity Tarots?
A: You should keep Epic(Yellow) or Legendary rarity Tarots only. Epics can still roll triple good stat lines. Later in the game, when you have more legendary tarots that you can have essence to level, you can start deleting Epic Tarots.
Question: How do I decide whether to keep Epic/Legendary Tarots?
A: First check the rarity of the lines and examine whether the 4th/final line is Legendary or not. If not, take a look at what the first revealed line is, and the rarity of the rest of the lines. If the first line is a good roll, it is still worth trying to reveal the rest of the lines. If 2/4 total lines are duds, then you should delete it.
If the first three lines are lower rarity, it can still be worth trying if the final line is legendary and on a base with a good Unique gear skill improvement such as the Magician. Generally as long as the lines are at least Epic, they can roll decently. Common and rare are bricked lines for the most part
Question: Should I focus on farming Tarots?
A: No, most early progression should focus on receiving Tarots naturally as rewards from Fool’s Journey and Farm Stage first completion rewards. Once you are Account level 60 and/or unlocked the final farm stage for Tarots, you can refer to the Farm Priority sheet to determine whether it is worth spending stamina on.
Question: Which Tarots should I look for on which units?
A: Below, we will list all the desirable Tarots, their unique lines, and which sort of unit categorization they usually fall into. Refer to individual character sheets for specifics.
The tier list below is ever changing depending on the meta of the game

Tarot Codex- recommended stats to pick and which tarots to pick

Its recommended to either pick Magician Justice Devil
Magician - the stat priority being either PATK or MATK FLAT for the first slot PATK % or MATK % for the second slot and third Slots. with the last slot being used on the special trait.

Justice - is a bit more shaky at the moment but a PURE P-ATK Justice will have the most value. Doesn't mean that a pure MATK is a bad choice but not very favorable since most magical units want magicians anyway. (could change with future units) [2/3/2026]

Devil - is a bit of a wild card but it's usually best in slot for units who deal Piercing/Dot dmg it's recommended to skip the special trait 4th slot for more stats whether it's pure PATK or MATK.
(could change with future units) [2/3/2026]

Honorable Mention
Fool’s novelty - Full HP% Rolls and Tower either PATK or MATK full rolls or with 4th slot [2/3/2026]

You're gonna need about 25-30~ refinement boxes to max out the selectors tarots because they only come at 80% of the maximum stats.
