👣 Updated Tierlist

The tier list is organized with their relative position indicating a generally higher value from left to right.

Please Read

Value: Investment value is not a significant factor in contributing to their list placement because we believe it is proper to represent a unit based on their realized potential and since any unit that is strong will necessarily find investment . Moreover this is a tier list is not a “should you pull” list, however in certain cases where a unit’s main value is primarily realized in very high stars to the extent it can conflict with sharding priority or that the length of time it requires to invest may result in a short shelf life for usage due to expected upcoming units, their roles may be adjusted, but usually not significantly.

Edit:

Our tier list will now follow a slightly altered philosophy that better appreciates a unit’s nuances and value in different scenarios. We want to avoid the case where unit placement is dependent on just one’s willingness to draft in common stages where the only meaningful metric is AoE and consistency, which is correlative to value, but not the ultimate metric of overall strength.

DPS units will be evaluated by their damage type/consistency/magnitude relative to other factors such as bulk/amplification/debuffs and their relative power within a specific niche.

Utility/Support units will be valued based on a combination of uniqueness/magnitude relative to how commonly applicable they are.

FUNThese units are simply too outdated or outclassed to warrant an upgrade or inclusion in the general ranking list. Of course, if you enjoy using them, feel free to continue doing so! They've been moved to make room for newer and stronger units, but you can still click on them for additional information. “Most of these units have been evaluated with Ascension in mind”

These arrows show which units have potential of being moved up or down a tier depending on how the game environment changes long-term. Will only be used on units that are obviously strong in many ways but are lacking more staple units or content to truly cement them as a worthwhile unit .

Tier .5

Tier 1

Tier 1.5 is composed of units who are not as favorable in the current content or arc but are still more usable than units under them for general performance. They have tools that make them favorable even in unfavorable environments.

Tier 2 is primarily composed of older/situational units, particularly supports, that still see use, or are good enough to be used in some niche

Tier 2.5 are outdated units with their general roles completely filled, leaving them with some minor unique niche that isn't enough to warrant deploying them, or is just generally not strong enough as a baseline relative to other more modern units. However these units usually have some faction synergy or circumstantial strength that can make them much stronger than anything T3 and below.

T3 are completely outdated units usually not worth investing in, but has some extremely single/minor niche that still makes them more usable than the other older units
